If you need a member of our team in Bulgaria to meet you at the airport, please e-mail or call us several days in advance and we will book the viewing trip! The agent will drive you to our office and you will be presented with the last minute property offers similar to what you are looking for. You will then travel with a member of our team to the property locations.
Transport/taxi charges: If our company car is used for the viewing trips we charge 0.20 Euros (approx. 0.14 £ GBP) per km. This charge is less than the price charged by the taxi companies in Bulgaria. The fee is only to cover the petrol charges and wear costs of the vehicle. Most of our cars are air-conditioned. The charge is FULLY REFUNDABLE if you purchase property from Bulgarian Property Advisors Ltd.
You can specify how many days you want to spend viewing properties. Our team will not spare an effort to arrange viewing of all properties requested and book accommodation at local hotels for you. We have many partner hotels all around the country and very attractive rates are being quoted for clients of ours.
This is the most common practise of viewing, because it offers freedom and flexibilities.
