The benefit to the developer (seller) is that they are able to agree the sale of their properties at an early stage. This offers them security and cash-flow when they have very little to show the investor other than the site, plans/drawings and computer generated images

Our Promotion

If you have decided to purchase a property in Bulgaria from us, we can accommodate you free of charge in one of our rental apartments, depending on which part of the country you have chosen and which of our offices will be in charge of your deals.

Our conditions

�  If you purchase a property at the price of 30 000 EUR � we cover your accommodation costs but for no more than 5 people � in an apartment with one or two bedrooms.

�  If you purchase one or more apartments OFF PLAN or other properties to the value of 80 000 EUR or more, we from bg-properties .co.uk or bulgarianrealestatedirectory.co.uk will refund your flight costs for a middle class at the price up to 400 EUR plus all transport charges within Bulgaria, but no more than 800km from the place which you are to depart from.

�  You can account for all your costs if you keep the receipts and when you present them to us or our partners, the amount will be immediately refunded to you. So, please, keep these with you.
