This scenic plot of land is situated in a secluded area, famous in the past for being most preferable holiday place for VIP people, due to its favorable climate and captivating environment. The village is extremely picturesque, surrounded by virgin forests and featuring breath-taking view over the sea. High summer temperatures are combined with pleasant forest serenity. The plot stretches over 3000 sq. m, not regulated. It lies only 600 meters from the seashore. The fast thriving town of Byala is distanced at less than 10 km to the south. The geographic location of the area of Byala makes it a focus of tourism activities. The town is at almost equal distance from two large district centers - Bourgas and Varna; hence it is a crossing point of the transport connections between these cities. A small port is now being constructed on the coast. It will provide opportunities for small ships and yachts to land on the beautiful coast of Byala. It also boasts an impressive setting atop bluffs that end abruptly at the water's edge. Stairs lead down to a secluded beach that curves north toward rocky Cape Atanas. To the south, another promontory separates the small sandy strip from the beach at Obzor. Bjala with its favourable conditions – crystal sea, sandy beach and a forest – offers wonderful opportunities for recreation.

Varna region

Varna District is situated in the Northeastern part of Bulgaria. Its territory amounts to 3,44% of the territory of the country. It is composed of 12 municipalities with à total population of 465,012, which is 5,4% of the whole population of the country

The population is concentrated in the city of Varna – 314,539 people.

The city of Varna is the third largest city in Bulgaria and the largest city in the northeastern region. It is situated on the Black Sea, extending into the Bay of Varna. The city was built on a large, even 18 meter high terrace in the far northwestern curve of the bay which juts out 7 km into the mainland.

Varna International Airport provides maintenance of airplanes, passenger and cargo (over 10,000 tons per year) services. The duration of the flight to Sofia is about 40 minutes with two regular flights a day.
