These 2 brand-new houses are set at the end of a most picturesque village located just 5 km from Byala which boasts not only magnificent beaches, but also great traditions in grapes-growing and wine-making. Favoured with crystal blue sea, sandy beaches, and thriving wine industry, Byala is becoming a much sought after recreational and residential area. Many tourists who have visited this beautiful area compare it to the French Riviera probably because it is located in a hilly area and opens wonderful views to the sea with unbelievable sunsets and sunrises. Just outside the village is the nature reserve White Rocks which is one of the three places in the world where you can see best the boundary between the Cretaceous and Tertiary periods. Years ago the fields between the village and the sea shore were the habitat of mouflons (small wild sheep with chestnut-brown wool and the males have large curling horns). The Riviera of Varna and its international airport are just 45 km from the village which is located on the main road from Bäurgas to Varna. The property features a land plot of 500 sq.m on which the two houses are set. Each house has a floor area of 100 sq.m and the accommodation comprises an open plan living/dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and bathroom with WC.
