The property is situated in the centre of a nice village that is only 28 km from Asenovgrad. The town of Assenovgrad is situated in the western part of the Gornotrakiiska (Upper Thracian) Lowland, in the northern foots of the Western Rhodopes, at a place where Chepelarska River runs from the mountain into the valley.
