This is a lovely one-storey house that is located in a nice village, only 5 km from the town of Byala Slatina. The village has all the amenities for permanent living, including regular bus lines to the town. The town of Byala Slatina is situated in the Danube Hilly Plain, in the middle between the Danuibe River and the Fore Balkan. It is 46 km northeast to the administrative centre Vratsa and at a roughly equal distance from the towns of Pleven, Montana and Vratsa. The traditional occupation of the population in the region is agriculture and stock-breeding.
The house has a living area of 65 sq.m. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one smaller room, a lounge and a glazed terrace. To the house there is an annex of 35 sq.m., consisting of one room, a kitchen, and a bathroom (a lavatory pan can be easily implemented). On the ground floor there are 2 cellars. The building is supplied with running water, sewerage and electricity; a telephone line is available. The house is plastered and painted from the outside; from the inside it needs some cosmetic updates. The garden is 2000 sq.m. There is shed in good condition and a new brick-built farm outbuilding of 60 sq.m. There is also a well and outside water tap. The house is at about 200 m. from the Skut river.
The region of Montana is situated in the north-eastern part of Bulgaria. Its population accounts to 55 thousand people. Near the region flows the Ogosta river with all of its charm, attracting many tourists. The region has a very favourable climate, especially in the towns of Berkovitza, Varshetz, Lom and Chiprovtzi. The town of Varshetz is one of the most attractive and often frequented national resorts, sited on the northern slopes of western flank of the Stara Planina mountain. Its geographical location positions it as a climatic resort, situated over a huge diorite-granite rock, with unmeasurable quantity of hot mineral water in its depths. The local climate is moderate continental with some mountain influence, the winter is mild with a lot of sunny days and the snow cover lasts approximately 60 days. The spring and autumn are warm, with cool summer. The town is situated at 400 metres altitude, at the foot of the "Todorini kukli" peak. Here many factors determine the development of different kinds of tourism. The hot mineral water cures a lot of diseases. In the mountain above the town there are several well-marked tourist tracks. Several recreational spots can be found here: the waterfall near the Zanozhene residential district, the vicinities of "Byalata voda" and "Zeleni del".
