This property is situated in a small village only 8 km away form the town of Bolyarovo - one of the most beautiful regions in Bulgaria – the Strandzha Natural Park and only 80 km from the Black Sea. It is in a mountain near a beautiful dam, so the place is suitable for fishing, hunting and biking. An asphalt road leads to the property and it is approachable in winter. It is a two-storey countryside house located in a calm neighborhood, close to the center of the village. The built-up area of the house is 86 sq.m and on the first floor there are two rooms, corridor, bathroom, toilet, and a pantry. The second floor has three rooms, corridor, and terrace. The property is supplied with electricity and running water outside and inside the house. A telephone line is not available, but it can be easily installed. The property needs some renovation and we have a professional team of builders, who will be glad to assist you with your property needs at a reasonable price. There are some outside sheds and a well to water the garden of 1 300 sq.m. which is not cultivated at the moment.
